Inspired by the lipstick KissKiss Hervé Van Der Straeten created the Ombre éclat etui in a similar, very feminine, form: he visualizes the magic of "unpredictability" - when you have the irregular box in your hand it has the form of a melting ice-cube; when you look at it the light vibrates at the uneven edges.
