The individual selection of a trainings programme and/or sports activities like running or swimming or both is a challenge - not only for the ones who have problem zones and received already tips by orthopedists and therapists about what's possible or has positive impact on the regeneration like after knee injuries or back pain caused by sitting too long every day at the computer. To prevent injuries or chronic pain the best practice is still: Daily exercises!

One of the first press releases that reached Fashion.at this year was the one about the new fitness app Oti2Go by Vienna-based personal trainer Otmane 'Oti' Kabietadiko. Otmane Kabietadiko is founder of the trainings brand Skillbeast. According to the announcement, the Oti2Go app will support the individual training each week with new exercise units which can be filtered after body region. Additionally to the exercises, recipes and nutrition tips will be delivered. The app will be launched on 10 January (more details at skillbeast.com).
