Fashion.at style tip for strengthening the immune system: Fitness practises at home

One week ago on 3 November, Austria has changed into lockdown-light mode which means that gastronomy or museums, fitness studios are closed while stores or schools are open. Currently, everybody hopes that the numbers of new infections per day will decrease as an effect of the new regulation. Otherwise, the lockdown light has to be tightened. Now one week after the regulation came into force, the near future is still unpredictable. But even when for example brick and mortar stores have to be closed again such as during the first lockdown earlier this year, the online shops of Austrian brands and retailers are open. Fashion.at looked through an updated list of Austrian online shops and selected some items for yoga and/or body workout at home:
