Simple and easy workout routines with Shaun T via video, presented by sportswear label Fila and store chain Kohl's

At the beginning of the year, sportswear brand Fila, US department store chain Kohl's and health-fitness specialist Shaun T (Fila ambassador with own footwear models) teamed up for an initiative which will benefit users (professional workout tips by one who studied sport science) and supports at the same time the American initiative Kaboom for building playgrounds for children (for each shared video via #TagNBrag, Shaun T and Fila donate $1 up to $10,000). The workout videos are published on Kohl's YouTube channel and show very practical short exercise routines for at home such as stretching in the morning by sitting on the bed or simple muscle-strength exercises for arms and legs at the computer work place (video below).
