Series 'A selection of perfumes with traveling in mind', #3: Impressions of Sicily, a breeze of the Mediterranean sea, flower gardens and the eruptive energy of a volcano

The series dedicated to perfumes and traveling started with the search of connections on google.com/travel/explore where route information is delivered with flight offers, prices, hotels and Covid-19 related recommendations. For travelers from Vienna for example to Taormina, Sicily, a 14 days quarantine when arriving is required. Travelers from Berlin to Taormina can enter the country with a negative Covid-19 test. The travel situation is currently uncertain. Fix is the launch of a new eau de parfum from the Cuirs Nomades collection by MEMO Paris inspired by Taormina and Palermo with the name 'Sicilian Leather' in May. The name of the brand references the basic idea of the collections by the founders of 'MEMO' Clara and John Molloy who create fragrances from their impressions of travel destinations like a sort of capsuled memories in liquid form. The new 'Sicilian Leather' from the Cuirs Nomades unisex collection is inspired by the flower gardens of the hilltop town Taormina, the scent of the beaches at the coast of Sicily, or the volcanic earth of Mount Etna. The impressions of the landscapes are interpreted with the scent notes bergamot, bitter orange, violet leaf, cardamom, coriander seed, fir, cedar and gaiac wood around a leather accord as a vivid fragrance for him and her.
