Fashion.at searched for a safe travel destination and got inspired by a new perfume...

From mid-June, many countries of the European Union have lifted their travel restrictions due to the positive development of the Covid-19 pandemic curves especially the decrease of numbers of new cases per day. In Austria, the ease of travel restrictions was announced several days ago for 31 countries (map) and will be effective from 16th June. The new situation was communicated with the note that in the case of a future lockdown in another country - means that flights or trains are stopped, Austrian travelers could have to pay for returning home with state transportation services. With other words: Possible additional costs should be calculated.


Fashion.at searched for a 'safe' travel destination in times of a pandemic and came along the new perfume 'Ocean Leather' by Memo Paris, available in Austria from the end of June. The perfume is wearable for men and women, very fresh and comfortable (Fashion.at received a sample and tested it over several days). The scent was developed on the basis of an impression of pure nature, a dream of the ocean, ships and a whale, Moby Dick. The letter by Clara Molloy, co-founder of the luxury fragrance house, to perfumer Aliénor Massenet is published at memoparis.com about the 'Ocean Leather'-book which was launched together with the perfume "to pursue the discovery and continue the dream" such as it is stated at the website. The letter begins with the words by Clara: "Dear Aliénor, I dreamed of Moby Dick and it was not a nightmare to meet that mythical whale. …"
