The luxury Alpin Resort Sacher in Seefeld, Tirol, is organizing a series of events around International Women's Day with experts focusing on health, empowerment and self-care

The luxury Alpin Resort Sacher in Seefeld, Tirol, sent out information about the upcoming series of events, including lectures and coaching sessions, such as Prof. Dr. Dr. Johannes Huber's talk on biological rhythms in women's lives on March 2, Austrian designer Rebekka Ruétz's talk on fashion design and trends on March 9, and events where participants can explore their stress and health levels, such as a sports science pop-up testing lab to locate the source of pain and learn simple options for improvements in everyday life and sports.

The series of events runs under the motto 'Spring is Feminine'. It begins with the 'Women's Symposium Prolongé,' from March 1 to March 4, 2024, with lectures and discussions on the themes of 'transformation' and 'movement' in women's health and the opportunities for women in a rapidly changing world, driven at least in part by new technologies such as AI. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in stress regulation training.

In celebration of International Women's Day on March 8, the Alpin Resort, together with the Austrian lifestyle magazine 'Tirolerin', developed the program for the 'Tirolerin x Alpin Resort Sacher Women's Week' from March 7 to 10, focusing on the physical and mental well-being of women with spa events such as Pilates, water gymnastics, lectures on 'Women in Tech', new Tyrolean cuisine, living style, fashion design, trends, and a come-together with Austrian cultural leaders such as MAK Museum of Applied Arts Director Lilli Hollein.

Details about the program are published on https://seefeld.sacher.com/women/.
