Hair trends 2023 presented by Intercoiffure Austria: Classical cuts that are easily transformable through styling in colors like vanilla blonde or caramel cafe brunette and intense glow

This week, Intercoiffure Austria presented under the title 'timeLESS Pin-up' classical haircuts with a contemporary twist. Intercoiffure Austria, which counts around 100 member businesses, is a founding member of the Paris-based global hairdressing organization Intercoiffure Mondial (since 1925) and part of a network of around 2,000 hairdressers with some 50,000 employees across 42 countries. The Intercoiffure 'timeless'-series stands for beauty without time-limit. The new episode showing classical styles which allow a wide variability through styling such as wet-hair interpretations derives its inspiration from the motifs of 1940s and 50s pin-up depictions as well as the performances of artists like Dita von Teese and a new self-consciousness of women such as it was propagated over the last decades by couturiers like Jean Paul Gaultier.

Hannes Steinmetz, Creative Director of Intercoiffure Austria, who developed the hairstyles together with Sebastian Pfister, introduced the core elements of the hair dressings in the media release: "The looks of the 'timeLESS Pin-up' style statement are characterized by variations of dense curls, light waves, and smooth hair as well as fashionable wet-look accents. The powerful expression of the hairstyles is further amplified through the use of new colouring techniques with shading and brightly radiant effects as well as rich hues. The choice and positioning of the specific colour tones also quite subtly underscores one's personal look."

Austrian photographer Inge Prader shot the 'timeLESS Pin-up' looks in front of a background painted generously in the fruity, optimistic, energetic color tones of magenta.
