Designer Steven Slowik has brought his urban edge to the Bill Blass dynasty, and MakeUp Artist Sharon Dowsett designed a look appropiate for Slowik´s urban ladies. The emphasis was on the eyes. "Slowik wanted something very organic, and Dowsett created a look inspired in shape and colour by butterflies," explained Espinet. "It was about a very decadent use of colour just on the eyes." All models shared the same lip and cheek shades, but the eyes were done in one of three palettes. The blue-violet palette included De Menthe, Parfait Amour, and Violet Pigment with Hot*Sour as a highlighter. The coral-gold option mixed Hot+Sour and Sushi Flower and bright Fuchsia Pro Pigment.
