How to create the "Aqua Eyes":

1. powder the eyelid for a longer hold of the pencil's color

2. apply the eyeliner pencil directly to the skin, then blend it in with your finger or a sponge. Choose a color which fits to your outfit and iris. You can intensify your "look" if you apply the well-sharpened pencil to the inside edge of the lower lashes.

3. Apply the lenghtening waterproof mascara more intense on the outer corner of the lashes! You can also use the mascara to make temporary tattoos.
